I’m currently experience the same. Someone who wanted to sell Honda Jazz to me but the way he describe the transaction…looks perfect. I see his advertisement in Mudah.com, he say he just move to U.K for new job there. Its same story with Mr Pin. I’m glad i find this website,if not i’m totally dead. Next time, make some research with who we are dealing with. Just remember, don’t do business online. Thank to you for sharing your story.

I have a problem with GMAIL, that is messages with pictures the picture attached dont even appeare on the message this means since I am gmail subscriber for about 10 years now I spend almost those years receiveing message tha I dont even understand because picture attached are not visible for me to see.

Please gmail we need improvement on these or employ more computer engineers who will address the problem promptly

At least not to assume and generate invoice without asking.. haha. A quote can be too official, a service form with option to choose what service to renew and press a button to generate an invoice would be ideal :)

pin, meaning any business charging on recurring, should contact the clients personally and ask?

for us, we don’t directly invoice, instead, we send out a quote for renewal :) it’s like asking them whether they would like to renew or not. and of coz , I agree that this is best time ever to get a customer feedback.

really this is the true about some of our customer here in Malaysia, one of my customer told me “you know i have a idea of online business even you can be my partner and with in month you are next Bill Gate.”

Its very hard for me to find a website owner who thinks that, I as a web developer “sucks”. Before we undertake a project, the following is done:

1) Scope of the work is defined.
2) No sales online online is guaranteed!.
3) Again, the scope is defined and a very clear warranty time -period is given, but there is always give an take.
4) The client does not pay a single cent if he/she is not happy with the visuals and mock-ups.
5) The price is mutually agreed upon by both parties before the project begins.

But I do come across a lot of potential clients who have the impression that web development fees are too expensive…got a QNA for that ?

Old people like us still stick to Google for information instead of social tools. So, PR still need to be taken care of.

A while ago, my dad and I are puzzled by the meaning of this word ‘irrevocably’. My dad asked me to check on the hard cover dictionary without second thought. And, without second thought that I open up dictionary.com for help. The behavior of where to get help are the main barrier for new tools or systems.

hi ,the price is rm 46000 . the car is in great condition , very well maintained , absolutely no accidents , no problems . my phone number is +447031873056 .
transaction with escrow works like this :
-you will give me your full name and address
-i will go to escrow and give them your details and i will pay the shipping taxes
-escrow will send you an e-mail with the transaction details (shipment and payment).you will pay to escrow in advance 20% from the price of the car and you will send the details of the payment to escrow .
-escrow will verify and keep the payment in their custody and they will start the shipping procedure
-you will receive the car in maximum 10 working days and you will have 14 days inspection period
-after the 14 days inspection period if you will decide to keep the car , you will make the rest of the payment to escrow . if you will not keep the car , escrow will give your money back and they will ship the car back to me on my expenses .
please notice that the escrow agent which is responsible with our transaction will make all the papers to take the car on your name .
so if you agree with these terms please send me your full name and address in order to start the transaction .

Mm..thanks for the info…I’m currently experience the same. Someone who wanted to sell BMWE46 to me but the way he describe the transaction…looks perfect. This is where I’m able to track it is a suspicious transaction. He did mention that the car was earlier registered in Malaysia. Therefore I requested for the car’segistration number so that I can check directly with JPJ but he did mention that all documents are kept with the car which is under costody of Escrow. Lucky I do some research on this and find out it is the same modus eperadi.
