  2. Old people like us still stick to Google for information instead of social tools. So, PR still need to be taken care of.

    A while ago, my dad and I are puzzled by the meaning of this word ‘irrevocably’. My dad asked me to check on the hard cover dictionary without second thought. And, without second thought that I open up dictionary.com for help. The behavior of where to get help are the main barrier for new tools or systems.
