What caught my attention is not that Gmail lost the emails of about 60 users, but the common ‘who to contact’ problem?
this just happened to me today
Dear sir ,
sir , i am viswajid from malaysia . I am having great problems on receiving mails from gmail users . I am working in a company , we have our own exchange server running , we do have our own domain plus email ID’s . sir , today morning we have received mails from this email ID , internetaimst@gmail.com , it has been sent to all out staff here reporting bad about me even worst valgar words . Sir i am so upset , and wondering how to trace this address . Plus , this email is frequent sent by the user . Sir please advice me . One of our IT personal have alreaady left from our company . He is one of the suspect’s but cant prove because no evidence . Sir please help me to solve this problem . Please stop this kind of users who spoils the proper usage of an email account .

1. Block this email address in mail server
2. Write to Google to investigate and tell Google to close this account down by providing proof of those nasty email.
3. Send an email to all your email users and clarify;
4. Report police and have them contact your former IT personal to investigate
