		<description>At least not to assume and generate invoice without asking.. haha. A quote can be too official, a service form with option to choose what service to renew and press a button to generate an invoice would be ideal :)</description>

for us, we don&#039;t directly invoice, instead, we send out a quote for renewal :) it&#039;s like asking them whether they would like to renew or not. and of coz , I agree that this is best time ever to get a customer feedback.</description>
