It’s pretty common especially in Malaysia. Thus, charge them higher at the beginning as they sure will ask for lots of changes for free later.
cannot agree much more on this.. you are totally right.. i like the point #5.. want something like siemens website, but no budget.
With a limited budget they think they can get a website like sony website.. hehehee..
