I tried to figure out what is the goal of your website? Since you have members login, am I right to say that you wish to have more visitors to sign up as members? Do you wish to have those members to use features on your website more actively? Goals are conversion! Assuming you have 100 visitors a day, 5 out of them sign up and become your members. Out of the 5, 1 becomes active. The active member like your system very much and decided to pay the RM10 yearly fee.
If the goal of your website or business is to have visitors turn into members and eventually paying for the yearly fee, then your conversion rate is 1 out of 100, or 1%. This can answer to everything you need to know about your website, from cost to what features to include. 1. Get more visitors. If you have 500 visitors a day, you probably has 5 successful conversion, or RM50. 2. Increase your conversion rate from 1% to 5%. With same amount of visitors (say 100 a day), you now have 5 successful conversions, or RM50. What is your estimated revenue from this website or web application? Any amount, mind to share? |
