I was introduced to this new term by my friend last week. Looks many law firm in Malaysia has started the ‘tradition’ of going to client’s office for the signing of legal document, instead of client going to their office. According to him, they have to do this because of the competition – another classic red ocean case!
Sales lawyer, in this case, meeting customers and work like a marketing guys. A lawyer is selling their knowledge in legal matters. Trapped in traffic, or spending time looking for customers, does not sounds a good conversion for them!
