The word Disable is confusing. Someone must be smart enough to know that it says ‘Click to Disable’. To me, it’s more like showing the current status of that particular item, which is a NOT in this case!

Users usually are not reading the title of column

The word Disable is an action, who knows?

Radio button is good for a user to make a choice, telling you what they want in the quickest way. But, many designers fail to go further with it. Fields not required should be hidden from users than showing it.

The action to choose from dropdown should directly translated as ‘Users are interested in that particular item’. What if someone change the dropdown without ticking the checkbox?
