Live Chat Support is Slower

I never like the ideas of having Live Chat as Technical Support. When it is in a Chat Mode, people tend to spend more time getting the problem solved. See, it is live, it is two ways… you can make mistake in what you are typing because you know the other party is there and you can communicate.
In a Contact Us form context, it is one way. You will make sure everything you typed are correct, double read before you send out the request. The instruction is clearer and job get done more easily.
