Now it's not possible with Starbucks. But this post does spark an inspiration. Perhaps there will be a new breed of office-for-rent service in the future like this!

Perhaps a Glass Partition can help. Starbucks can not sublet, that is one thing too.

I agreed with Eunice's point. Yet, there are some problem that need to be resolved! Some of the people go to Starbucks for surf net and chatting online by instant messenger, or even voice call! The noise might influence the performance and mood of work! Of course, such circumstance do not occurred in all outlets. Anyhow, this matter should be take into consideration.

It is not impossible to rent a space in starbucks and make it your office. But there are several points that one should take into considerations. For instance, what type of business are you in, how many working people you have with you, if it is too many people, then it's too crowded to work at there. I do agree that moving the office to starbuck will give people a sense of feel of relax and enjoy. It will boost people's spirit to work. But all these are quite subjective. For Starbucks, of course they will have a fixed income every month, it depend on how much they will charge the company. Besides, they will have to take into consideration if it is worth it to rent that space out for company or leave it to serve the customers in order to make the most profits.
