		<description>Hmm.. Seems like a classic tale of how older generations are unable or not knowing how to follow the trends and styles of newer generations :)

Like what Pin here says, I think it&#039;s important that people nowadays just hates not getting their email through to the customer service personnel or maybe reading standard computer generated replies that their emails will be read and replied to soon but never really got their replies.

Having a personnel that always stays there and replies email in a relaxed way instead of rigid and formal way is bad.. Most people doesn&#039;t even read formal emails properly.. That&#039;s what i think at least :)</description>
