Driving Visitors
If a website is new, without much traffic and returning visitors – a ‘good’ website should be simple and take less time to develop. More time should be spent on the marketing, to drive more visitors to your website.
Increase Conversion
Once a website is getting enough traffic (in our terms, above 500 visitors a day), you should have enough feedback to build a website closer to what your visitors want. In this case, ‘good’ websites are those with initutive layout, content what your visitors like, etc! In one word, higher conversion rate!

Wah, u have quite a lot of things to sell. I should hv done this when we moved our office. A lot of our furniture were being donated. (same as you, money recd also donated. good deed)

By the way, the lap top on sell is it in good condition?
Great to know that the furnitures are in good use now. The Laptop cable connecting the LCD screen is a bit loose. No hard drive too. It is wee bit hardcore, but we would like to let it go cheap and hope it can help someone than just lying in office here :)
