My take on this email is, it's totally impersonal, robotic and lacks the human touch that should exist in every emails that attempts to communicate with another human being. In fact, it has becoming a problem everywhere. This is offline spam, big time offline spam. People spend alot of money in printing those marketing materials which the measurement of the conversion is totally zero. Giant replied to that particular matter by simply saying, they're not aware of it and will look into it.
