The broken chair

“Keep it in the store room first!”

You have a nice office chair that is broken. It can be fixed by replacing the circular plate beneath. New chair costs RM120 while fixing it costs you RM70. Most of us don’t throw it away or buy a new one because you know that the-lying-in-the-store-room broken chair can be fixed.

Making immediate decision is painful, so as making a change. Both explore a new possibility unknown. You can stay in your comfort zone by making no decision or change – will a comfort zone remains comfort without change, I doubt!

Your call to add a new junk worth RM50 to the earth, or to call BinChen for her help to fix your chair!

  1. Throw away broken chair lar… keeping in the store room is wasting space only. :)

  2. Get cheaper chair then :)
    it’ll make the decision easier.

  3. If there are still chairs around to sit, such decisions can be delayed indefinitely.

If there’s no extra chairs, I guess the decision can be made equally quick, because it’s painful to type standing all day.

  4. I informed BinChen about this new post, and she thought I have new broken chair to fix!

Let’s just assume that we are running out of chair, even though we are not. So, this trains us to make quicker decision :)

  5. it’s more painful to sit on that erecting piece of metal. :)

  6. Yupe… Just called Elvin. He is the best person if you have used cartridge or broken printers. He is responsible & great person to deal with. So, don’t keep your old printer in store room again, fix it by calling 019-6690993 or throw it away.
