		<description>England is not a member of United Nation, so theoretically it is not a country. United Kingdom consists of four &quot;kingdoms&quot;: England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. 

Having a map instead of drop down may be worse. Given that a person does not know England is part of United Kingdom, I won&#039;t hope for much that his geographical skill is any better. ;-)
