We have to constantly follow up on the intern's work progress but cannot be too strict on them (ie, give them room to explore freely by themselves but guiding them at the same time). It's hard but if earnpin can do it, why can't the other employers out there do it? It's because of his wonderful lectures and speeches and at the same time, his 'non-stop' encouragement which helped us (me and 2 other interns) to have the enthusiasms to work in earnpin's company :) Other than that, the staff of the company has to be a cheery lot so as not to instill fear into the hearts of the interns.
