1 - Reply and send letter of appreciation of the compliments. Ask for anything that you would do to keep them coming. Ask them to rate your service or even better write a testimonial. Then ask them if tey would like to try another product of yours.

2 - Post it on your event’s page at your website. Announce.

3 - Defend and justify your products. Ask them what they think of your product. Ask them what they think that would make it even better product.

4 - Blogroll!

Thanks Emphbone, you are great! Few more things we can do, including

1. Request for email interview, publish with picture. Eg. http://www.1.com.my/2007/11/18/good-design-is-more-subtle/

2. My clients are always worry about the ideas of posting negative feedback on the website or Blog. Business moves on fast, fix the problem and you are ready to go. Afterall, credibility does not only build on positive feedback, but negative one as well!

Well, nice idea for the email interview.

My thinking on negative feedback is that it is a way of telling the developer that not everyone and everything is perfect. More work needed on the optimization of the product. Sometimes negative feedback is also needed in the line of services. BTW, nice blog
